Founded in 2016 by Howard Ross & Geoff McDowell, Frank & The Knowledge Hunters (FrankTKH) has developed an evidence-based executive search model, using forensic-level research techniques for precise candidate identification.
We are a collaborative, highly client-centric company, and link the science of research with the art of human insight. Our Consulting Partner team are highly experienced executive search professionals with over 100 years of combined experience, and proven expertise in Director, CEO, ELT and SLT appointments across diverse sectors.

Developed over a decade, our research methodology uses advanced search techniques, digital solutions and complex search algorithms to deliver a comprehensive analysis of the market, including rich talent insights.
Our research team is comprised primarily of Master of Library and Information Science graduates, technical experts in search and research.
